Our Commitment

Beaver Valley Ski Club aims to provide its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. We are committed to giving people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our goods and services and allowing them to benefit from the same services, in the same place and in a similar way as other members and guests.

Beaver Valley Ski Club is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities and we will carry out our functions and responsibilities in the following areas:

Communication

We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability.

We will train staff who communicate with customers on how to interact and communicate with people with various types of disabilities.

Parking

The Club has several designated accessible parking spaces located in priority locations at the Club. To utilize one of these designated parking spaces, you must visibly display a valid government issued Accessible Parking Permit in your vehicle.

Telephone services

We are committed to providing fully accessible telephone service to our customers. We will train staff to communicate with customers over the telephone in clear and plain language and to speak clearly and slowly.

We will offer to communicate with customers by e-mail if telephone communication is not suitable to their communication needs or is not available.

Assistive devices

We are committed to serving people with disabilities who use assistive devices to obtain, use or benefit from our goods and services. We will ensure that our staff is trained and familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our goods or services.

Billing

We are committed to providing accessible invoices to all of our customers. For this reason, invoices will be provided in the following formats upon request: hard copy, large print, e-mail.

We will answer any questions customers may have about the content of the invoice in person, by telephone or e-mail.

Ontario Track 3

We've changed our name! We are now formally "Ontario Track3 Adaptive Sports Association", but we're friends so you can still call us "Track3".

Discovering ability through the freedom of adaptive sports. The Ontario Track3 Adaptive Sports Association is an inclusive volunteer, non-profit charitable organization that teaches children and youth with disabilities alpine sports. Our mission is to change lives by serving young athletes, their families and the broader community with empowering adaptive snow sports experiences.

Ontario Track3 Adaptive Sports Association is a volunteer based charity enabling kids and youth with disabilities to discover their confidence, develop their talents and achieve their physical potential through the freedom of snow sports. Families quickly learn that the Track3 experience is unique and has the power to change lives. Offering seven weeks of winter fun, we have a variety of programs that can support families with either full day drop off and bussing or weekday city drop off opportunities. Most importantly, we give moms, dads and siblings the chance to share their love of skiing and snowboarding.
