Saturday or Sunday Morning Program

Program Date: Jan. 7- Feb 26, 8 weeks

Easy Rider: This program gives you the skills to make turns down the main slopes effortlessly. Strap on your board and learn the basics with Denis Feltrin in a relaxed and fun group.

Carv’in Cruiser: Take your riding up a notch and learn to get more performance out of your board. Ride the steeps, bumps and rolls with fluidity and grace. This program includes an introduction to the park for an occasional trip.

Crossover for Adults: Alternate between your board and your skis each week. A dual certified Professional will
guide you to brilliance on your board and your skis. Program meets Saturday afternoons 1-3pm or Sundays 10-12pm.

“Circle of Friends”:This program is a 5 or 8 week 2 hour Saturday or Sunday option which allows you to form your own snowboard group. The ideal group size is 6 to 10 people maximum. Early planning is essential to guarantee the Pro you have requested.

Instructor Training: This program is a great preview to the Level I courses and the perfect progression for volunteers who want to attempt a spring time certification course to become a Certified Instructor. This is your opportunity to learn about technique and skill development in students. Join our senior instructors as they introduce new concepts pertinent to snowsports teaching and gain experience that will become helpful should you apply for a position in BVSC’s Recreation Programs.
