Improve your skills in a social setting on a variety of terrain. Groups are determined based on age, skill, maturity and interests. A variety of additional fun is offered such as snowshoe treks and snowblading to compliment skier skill development and to keep the winter full of adventure.
New Levels of Youth Programs
Travelers- Sliding on green terrain, riding the lift independently, and gaining control in all situations
Explorers- Blue terrain and the use of poles
Adventurers- Black terrain, Paradise Park, and set participants up well for volunteering, The LIT Program or an exposure to an instruction certification course.
Youth Programs- Jan 3- Feb Mar 1 -9 week programs
The Options: Now that you’ve had a glimpse at the content, the important part is ” when do you want it?”
We’ve divided our offerings into three simple options that we believe will appeal to just about everyone.
Option A: 6 hrs/weekend. Includes Saturday AM & PM and Sunday AM- $ TBA
Option B: 4 hrs/weekend. Includes Saturday & Sunday AM $- TBA
Option C: 2 hrs/weekend/ Includes Saturday AM- $TBA
These three options can be applied to all youth programs and are for the duration of the 9 week program.
Recreational Programs are hosting Camps, Dec 27-31 & Mar 16-20, each morning for all Rec programs from 9:30-11:30- $ TBA
***New LIT Program ( Leaders In Training)
14-16 years old: Spend Saturday afternoons in a program that gives you personal and resume building experiences. Get your CPR Certificate, High 5 training, winter survival skills, leadership skills and more. 1 or 2 afternoons will be Ski/Snowboard development.
