Lighten Up with Lifestyle Programs

There are some new classes on the Lifestyle program for March Break – Power Yoga, Silent Yoga, and Cardio Sculpt with Cathy Thomson is back.

Spring is a time to lighten up – physically, emotionally, and mentally.  If you are spending March Break at Beaver, this is the perfect week to begin shedding some of the winter heavy energies (and perhaps weight).  A multidimensional approach is needed, and this can include eating lighter, breathing deeper, practicing yoga postures, and perhaps some meditation.  Outdoor physical activity is also very helpful. Join the group snowshoe trek on Sunday March 11 from 1-3pm, or if you’ve never tried yoga, Beaver Valley’s classes are a very welcoming setting to do so, with modifications for every body.  See the schedule at: http://www.beavervalley.ca/programs/lifestyle/
