Don’t Miss Beaver Valley’s Biggest Snowboard Weekend Ever Feb. 4-5

Attention all shredders! Beaver Valley will be the centre of the Ontario snowboard universe on the weekend of Saturday February 4 and Sunday February 5.

SATURDAY FEB. 4 – BEAVER VALLEY PARK BRAWL SLOPESTYLE
One of Ontario’s top rated and attended park events, the 2nd annual PARK BRAWL presented by Fathom Board Shop is open to all male and female riders from Groms 10 & Under through to 16+ Pros. With $10,000 in cash and prizes and support from over 40 of snowboarding’s biggest brands, the PARK BRAWL will be a showcase event for the next gen of developing young riders through to emerging pros! See the Park Brawl poster below for the full line-up of supporting snowboard companies!

FROM GROMS TO PROS
The Park Brawl takes place in Beaver Valley’s premier Playground Park offering one of the longest full featured Slopestyle courses around and requiring two separate judging towers. There will be multiple lines and features for all levels of riders with dual big/small jump take-offs and dozens of rails and boxes.

PARK BRAWL SNOWBOARD DEMO VILLAGE – RIDER HANGOUT
Whether you are there to compete or spectate or just hang out, there will be snowboard demos and swag giveaways from several of snowboarding’ leading brands, plus the Monster Energy girls will be on hand to sample the latest Monster flavours! It all takes place in a music pumping Snowboard Demo Village at the top of Beaver’s Playground Park where you can watch all of the Slopestyle action from the best seats on the hill!

REGISTRATION & AWARDS
Everything take place at the KEG lodge just steps above the top of the Playground Park.
Advance registration is available at Fathom Board Shop in Collingwood or by contacting Christy Deere at  Beaver Valley, email: social@beavervalley.ca. Advance registration fee: $25.
On-site registration, check-in and swag bag pick-up takes place 8:00-9:00am at the Keg lodge accessible via Beaver Valley’s hill top parking lot, steps above the Playground Park. On-site registration fee is $30. Competitor lift tickets are just $30 available at registration. Helmets are mandatory.

PARK BRAWL AFTER-PARTY
Sat. Feb. 4 @ Casbah, Collingwood

presented by Monster Energy in conjunction with Fathom Board Shop

Doors at 9:00pm. Featuring special guest DJ Strummer! Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

SUNDAY FEB. 5 – GROMS PARK SERIES SLOPESTYLE
The third event of the new Ontario Snowboard Groms Park Series dedicated introducing and developing novice to intermediate riders ages 5-15, the Beaver Valley edition will be hosted in Beaver Valley’s Paradise Progression Park. Like the Park Brawl the Groms Park Series is supported by snowboarding’s leading brands guaranteeing prizes for all entrants. There are multile age categories for girl and boy groms including 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-15.

An added bonus will be a fun Groms Park Jam in Beaver Valley’s Take-A-Hike Park directly in front of the base lodge.
