Skiing and yoga go together like peanut butter and jam. One makes the sandwich strong and the other provides some sweet juicy relief. Make your sandwich, your weekend and your health regime complete with a yoga class at Beaver on the weekends.  Better yet, give the gift of yoga and sweet juicy relief to someone on your gift list.

Yoga emerged from ancient India as the most efficient approach to a sound body and sound mind.  The postures are designed to give you the maximum benefit from the least effort necessary.  This means that a one hour yoga practice will give your body and mind more benefit than one hour at the gym, or a one hour run.  While there are certainly instant benefits (that awesome feeling after a yoga class), a yoga class includes a long term investment for your health.
